Who we are...

ICAPA Trust works with the “mind” half of the “healthy mind in a healthy body” concept that our own African and all other civilisations subscribe to. ICAPA Trust facilitates, produces, and trains in the production of uplifting, innovative products in all artistic genres. ICAPA products and programmes foster creativity in society. ICAPATRUST promotes innovation and supports the dissemination of progressive ideas through its training and mentoring programmes, though its exhibition and networking events, and trough its competitive production initiatives. Often the "body" half is engaged as well in our productions.
ICAPA Trust was registered as a trust in 2009 and is registered with the National Arts Council of Zimbabwe. Activities to date include the BREAKING THE SILENCE project and project management for Women Filmmakers of Zimbabwe and Nyerai Films.
